This Court Adjourne for an hour

The Court sitts againe Justice p.rsent as before

upon y.e Petticion of Richard Fillingam Concerning
the Estate of y.e s.d Fillingam now in y.e possesion of
M.r Thomas Joce

It is ordered by this Court that M.r Thomas Joce who
married Ann Covey the relict & admt.rx of Samuell
Covey Administrator of Richard Fillingam doe pay
what part of the Estate of the said Fillingam now
Remaineing in y.e Custody or possession of the said Thomas
Joce to Richard Fillingam son of y.e aforesd Fillingam

The orphan Jury Returnes these following
presentments & is discharged

viz
Wee of the Jury doe present John Cogdell
for letting nun to Reason y.e plantation belonging
to the orphants of Frances Barnes

Wee of the Jury doe present Edward James for
haveing two orphants in his possession & doth not
bring them up in y.e fear of god butt after a
Rude savage maner

Wee of the Jury doe informe the Court that y.e
plantation belonging Thomas Brown now in the
possession of M.r Tilden Runs to [illegible]
                                            Thomas Piner foreman

order for summances for y.e abovesd
