Edward Plastoe being summoned to this Court to answer a
presentment found against hum by the Grand Inquest
and for want of a wittnesse

It is ordered by this Court y.t y.e said Edward plastoe
doe Enter into Recognezance of five pounds sterl
that he makes his appearance at next Court


Edward Plastoe acknowledges himselfe to owe unto
our sovereigne Lord & Lady y.e King & Queens maj.ties
y.e sum of five pounds of lawfull moneys of England
to be Leavied upon his lands & tenements goods & Chattles
and that upon Condicion he y.e said Edward shall
make his personall appearance at y.e next Court
& herewith all he is Content

M.r Robert Smith doth acknowledg himselfe to owe
unto our sovereigne Lord & Lady King & Queens
Majestyes y.e sum of five pounds of lawfull money of
of England to be Leavied upon his Lands & tenements goods
and Chattles in Case Edward Plastoe doth not make his
personall appearance at y.e next Court herewith all he
is Content

Elizabeth North being summoned to this Court to answer
a presentment found against her by the Grand Inquest
