John Gefferson a poor lame decriped man
being brought before this Court who is Likely
to be Chargable to this County It is therefore
ordered by this Court that the said John
Gefferson be delivered to William North for
the full time he hath to serve the said North
as by an Indenture from y.e s.d Gefferson to y.e
said North ^doth^ appear

Obedience oben Acknowledges himselfe to owe
unto our sovereigne Lord & Lady y.e King &
Queens majestyes y.e sum of ten pounds of Law
full money of England to be Leavied upon
his Lands & tenements goods & chattles & that
upon Condition he y.e s.d obedience shall
make his personall appearance at y.e next
Court herewithall he is Content

William Wright
& Robert Peark
 doth Acknowledges themselves to
owe unto our sovereigne Lord &
                Lady y.e King & Queens Majestyes y.e sum
                of five pounds sterling Each of them to be
                Leavied upon their Lands & tenements goods
                & Chattles In case y.e said obedience obein
                doth not make his personall appearance
                at y.e next Court & to this the yeare Content
