Thomas Ringgold haveing pettitioned this Court
That Josias Lanham & Barbary Lanham son
and daughter of Josias and Barbary Lanham late
of This County deceaced and Their Estates may
be in the possesion & tueishon of The s.d Thomas
he being nearest of kin to y.e afores.d Children

It is Therefore ordered by this Court that Josias
and Barbary Lanham son & Daughter of Josias
Lanham ^& Barbary Lahnam^ of this County deseaced doe live & Remaine
In the possession & tueishon of the aforesd Thomas
Ringgold untill they Come to age and it is further
ordered by this Court that M.r Edward Blay doe
deliver to the said Thomas Ringgold the Estates of
the afores.d Josias & Barbary Lanham son & Daughter
as aforesaid

John Laycock & Elizabeth his wife of Cæcill County being
before this Court doth complain that Walter Tully &
Elizabeth his wife hath offered some abuses to the said
John & Eliz

Ordered by this Court that a warrant be Imediately
Issued to y.e Constable of Swan Creek hundred to bring
before this Court Walter Tully & Elizabeth his wife
to answer the Complaint of y.e s.d John & Elizabeth
tomorrow Morneing which was Ishued accordingly

The said Walter Tully & Elizabeth his wife did
Come this day & make their appearance before this Court
to answer y.e Compaint of y.e affores.d John & Elizabeth
