Boston in New England: Being nominated and Apoynted Atto

Wherein I the s.d Samuell Winslowe am Intrusted and Fully authoris.d
and impowered in their sher.ll heirs behalfe & sted to Confes and
Acknowledge In any Courtt of Records: In Maryland A Deed of
sale w.th other Instruments of Warrants for A Certaine tract
of Land w.th Plantations & every y.e Apurtances Thereunto belonging
And in y.e Proper posession of the s.d Thomas South & Laying on
Chester River in y.e s.d Province of Maryland And to y.e proper
Use & behooff & sale Intrest of Collonell Henry Coursey of y.e s.d
Province as by the s.d Conveyance signed & sealed by the s.d heirs
will att Large Appear: by Vertue whereof haveing Power therein
to Constitute other Attornys w.th me: I the s.d Samuell Winslowe
Attorny as afores.d Doe hereby Nominate Constitute & ordaine and
Appoynt my wel beloved Friend Cornelius Comygies of Chester River
my true & Lawfull Attorny: to act & Doe: To y.e Intent & purpose
