Living on y.e north side of Chester River y.e fourteenth
day of March in Anno (1668) formerly lieing in Talbot
County but now in y.e County of Kent on y.e north side
of Chester River & on y.e east side of a Creeke called
Morgans Creeke begining at a marked oake standing
on a sandy point & Runing for breadth north east
by y.e Creeke & with y.e Creeke two hundred perches till
it intersects with a marked Red oake with four notches
standing by y.e Creeke side near a small gully being
y.e Equall Division of one thousand acres above named
& bounded on y.e east by a line drawn south east
from y.e s.d  Red oake four hundred perches on y.e south
by a line drawn south west form y.e end of y.e south
east line & Runing till it intersect y.e first bounded tree
on y.e west by a line drawn nor west from y.e end of y.e
south west line four hundred perches unto its first
marked oake on y.e north by y.e Creeke & with y.e Creeke
Containing & now laid out for five hundred acres more
or less togather with all Rights profits & benefits
thereunto belonging (Royall mines excepted) togather
with all woods underwoods timber lumber trees wayes
waters easements Piscaries pastures profits commodities
hereditaments & apurtenances whatsoever to y.e s.d pcell
of Land belonging or in any wise apertaining & y.e
Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders & all
& singular y.e before mentioned p.rmises & also all y.e
Estate Right title & intrest possession property claime
& Demand whatsoever of them y.e s.d Benjamin & W.m
Parrot in or to y.e same & all deeds writings Evidences
Charters Pattents Escripts & managment w.tsoever
touching or concerning y.e s.d p.rmises onely or any part or
parcell of them To have and told hold the sd parcell
or tract of land herein or hereby granted barganed & sold
with their & every of their Rights members & apurtenances
