The Rents which shall become due to y.e Lord of y.e fee in
Respect of his seigneority excepted & also y.e s.d George
Goldhauck his heirs Exct.rs & Admt.rs shall & will at y.e
cost & charges of him y.e s.d Samuell Wheeler shall
advise or direct of him y.e s.d George Goldhauck his heirs
or assignes make any further assurances of y.e p.rmises
or his or their Counsell learned in y.e law shall
reasonably advise or direct & further y.e s.d George
Goldhauck for himselfe his heirs Exct.rs & Admt.rs Covenanteth
to & with y.e s.d Samuell Wheeler his heirs
& assignes y.t they shall & from hence forth lawfully
& quietly have hold possess & injoy all y.e s.d parcell
of land with y.e p.rmises & priviledges thereto belonging
& may Recover Rents profits & ishues of y.e same from
time to y.e onely use of him y.e s.d Samuell Wheeler
his heirs or assignes for ever without let disturbance
or resistance of him y.e s.d George Goldhauck his heirs
or any other person or persons whatsoever In
Consideration whereof y.e s.d parties to these p.rsent
Indentures have interchangably subscribed their

                   doe constitute ordaine & apoint Mathew Eareckson of
             Kent County Gent to be my true & Lawfull attorny to
          acknowledge a certain deed of sale of Land lieing on
       Kent Island & in Kent County called Goldhaucks & Nashes
    Inlargment to M.r Samuel Wheeler as writings my hand
& seale this 10.th day of Feb.ry 1692/3 & bears equall date w.th deed
