Workman of y.e County & Province afforesd of y.e other
part Wittnesseth y.t y.e s.d George Goldhauck for
a valuable consideration of two thousand pounds
of good sound Merchantable tobb in hand Received
before y.e Ensealing & delivery of these presents & for
divers other good causes & considerations him thereunto
[illegible] moveing doth by these p.rsents give grant
alien bargan sell make over assigne & Deliver all his
Right title & intrest of all & every his estate & estates both
Reall & personall with all moveables & unmoveables & all
profits benefits & priviledges thereunto belonging or in
anywise apertaining to him y.e s.d Anthony Workman
his heirs Exct.rs Admt.rs or assignes & for his & their owne
proper use & behoof for ever And y.e s.d George Goldhauck
