unto y.e s.d Edward James his heirs & assignes & to y.e only
proper use & behoofe of him y.e s.d Edward James his heirs &
assignes for ever under such rents & services as shall from
hence forth become due & payable to y.e chiefe Lord or Lords
of y.e premises out of or for y.e same and y.e s.d Jonathan
Dickins & his heirs y.e affores.d one hundred & twenty acres
of Land & premises with y.e apurtenances against him y.e
s.d Jonathan Dickins his heirs & assignes & all other
persons whatsoever claiming by from or under him
them or any of them shall & will warrant & forever
defend by these presents & y.e s.d Jonathan Dickins for
himselfe his heirs & assignes doth Covenant promise &
grant to & with y.e s.d Edward James his heirs & assignes
by these presents that all & singular y.e fores.d one hundred
& twenty acres of Land with y.e apurtenances before in &
by these presents granted aliened barganed & solde &
every part & parcell thereof are & be and at all times
hereafter shall be remaine & continue clearly acquit
or exonerated & discharged of all & from all maner of
former bargans sales gifts grants Rents arrearages of Rents
titles troubles & incumbrances whatsoever had made committed
suffered or done by y.e s.d Jonathan Dickins his
heirs or assignes or by any other person or persons w.tsoever
lawfully Claiming by from or under him them or any of
them or by his heirs or their means acts consents or
procurements & also that he y.e s.d Edward James his heirs
& assigns & every of them shall & may & at all times for
ever hereafter peaceably Lawfully & quietly have hold
use occupy possess & enjoy all & singular y.e forebarganed
premises with y.e apurtenances without any maner of
