In maner & form following that y.e s.d W.m Foreman & Elizabeth
his wife at the time of the Ensealing & delivery of these p.rsents in
and standeth seized of the afforesd five hundred acres of Land & the
premises & apurtenances thereto belonging & in a firme doe good
& undefearable Estate of inheritance in fee & that they have good
Right full power & Lawfull authority to Convey the same to y.e s.d Lewis
Deroachbourn his heirs & assignes for ever & that y.e s.d Lewis Deroachbourn
his heirs & assigns shall & may from henceforth & for ever
peaceably quietly occupy hold posess & enjoy the s.d Barganed p.rmises
with the apurtenances thereto belonging without suit trouble
deniall Interruption Evicksion Expulsion or molestation of him
the s.d W.m Foreman & Elizabeth his wife their heirs or any person
or persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming any Estate Right title
or intrest of in or to y.e before barganed premises or any pt or
parcell thereof the rents or services thereof which shall become
due & payable from time to time to be paid to y.e Chiefe Lord or
Lords of y.e fee or signeority thereof Excepted & foreprised and that
the s.d W.m Foreman & Elizabeth his wife & their heirs will at any
time hereafter at y.e Reasonable request costs & charges in y.e Law of
him y.e s.d Lewis Deroachbourn his heirs & assigns acknowledg further
assurance & assurances in y.e Law whatsoever for the further asurance
& more perfect Conveance of y.e before barganed premises and
apurtenances unto y.e s.d Lewis Deroachbourn & his heirs for ever as
by y.e s.d advised & required In Witness whereof y.e s.d W.m Foreman
& Elizabeth his wife have hereunto set their hands & seals y.e day
