340 By this publique instrument be it known and made manifest unto all persons to whome these presents shall come that upon y.e seventeeth day of Aprill in the third year of the Reigne of our sovereigne lord and Lady William and Mary by the grace of God King and Queene over England &ca Appeared before me John Tudor Notary publique and Tabellion of the City and Province of New Yorke admitted & sworne by Excellency Henry Sloughter Esq.
