This Indenture Made the three & twentyeth
day of September in y.e y.r of our Lord God one thousand six
hundred and Ninty & In the second y.r of the Reign of our
Sovereigne Lord and Lady King William & Queen
Mary Between Simon Wilmer and Rebecka his wife
of Kent County in the Province of Mary Land of the
one pte & Benj.m Blackleach of the same County and
Province of the other pte Wittnesseth y.t the afd Simon
Wilmer and Rebecca his wife for and In considercon
of the sum of four Thousands pounds ster undertaken &
secured to be well & Truely pd by the s.d Benj.m Blackleach
To y.e s.d Simon Wilmer att and before the Ensealing and
Delivering of thse p.rsents y.e receipt wherof the s.d Simon
Wilmer doth herby acknowledge and Confess and for divers
others good Causes and Considercons him the sayd Simon Wilmer
and Rebecca his wife therunto Espeacially Moving hath given
granted Bargained sold allienated Enfeoffed and Confirmed
and by these p.rsents doth fully freely and absolutely give
grant bargain sell Allien Enfeoffe and Confirme unto y.e
s.d Benjamin Blackleach his Heires and Assignes for East a
Certain pcell or Tract of Land situate and Lying on
the East side of Chessopeake Bey and on the North side of
Chester River in the affor s.d County begining att a
bounded tree standing by the River side att the
Landing formerly called Thomas Sewards and
Running West s.o W.t to a Mouth of a small Cove
Commonly Called the pasture Cove and from thence
by a ^N.o^ North West Lyne three hundred and Twenty perches
and from the End of the N.o Noth west line East North
East by a direct Lyne untill it sett a paralell from
the first bounded tree and now Layd out for one hundred
Acres more or Less being formerly a Tract of Land
Layd out for Peter Beevery Called by the name of
Stepney now in the Tenor and accumation of Simon
Willmer w.th fore bargained p.rmises together w.th
all woods Underwoods water water Courses
