Well and Sufficiently saved and Kept Harmless
by the s.d William Hubbert and Elizabeth his wife
their Heires &c.a and off and from all other gifts grants
bargains Dowers and all other titles Charges Demands
Incumbrances whatsoever the entes and services w.ch
hence force from time to time shall grow due and payable
to the Cheif Lord of the only Excepted and forprised
the s.d William and Elizabeth their Heires Executo.rs &
shall and will from time to time and att all times
herafter during the space of seaven y.rs att the proper
Cost and Charges in the law of him the s.d Rice Jones
his Heires and assignes make doe suffer Execute or
Cause to be made done suffered & Executed all and
Every such for ther assuring Lawfull and reasonable
Act or Acts thing or things Devices or assurances
whatsoever needfull in y.e p.rmises for y.e better making
ovrer and assuring of the right and Title of the s.d
messuage or Tenement and all other the affor s.d bargained
