Christopher Johnson Orphant being brought before
this Court by John Worth Father in law to the s.d boy
This ^Court^ ordered the said Johnson to live (wth) remaine
abide and bee said Worth untill hee is the agge of
twenty years being fowerteen year old the twenty
fourth of Aujust next

Michael Miller Complains to this Court ag.t W.m Williams
The Court ord.rs the Sheriff to take said Williams into his
Custody till he finde security for his good behavour and
abarance and make his personall apperance the next Court

He offers Josias Lanham & W.m Legg security wch this
Court acceps off

W.m Williams doth acknowledge himselfe to stand Indebted
to the R.t Hon.rble the Lord prop.try in the sum of forty pounds
strl to be levied of Lands and Tenements goods Chattles
if that he the said Will Williams be not of good abarance
to his Lordpp and all his Lordpps good people and make
his personall apperance the next Court
