Daniell Norris his heirs and Assignes for Ever Doth
by these presents give grant bargaine sell Aleniate
Enffeoffe and Confirme unto him the said Daniel
Norris his heirs and Assignes for ever A tract or
percell of land Contayning one hundred Acres being
part of a Devident of Land Called pricklepeare
and being in Kent County on the north side of
Chester River and on the East side of a Creeke
called Norris Creeke Bounded on the west with
the said Creeke begining at a marked white Oake
standing on a point at the mouth of the said Creek
and Runing upp the River Southeast fifty perches
and with a line drawne North East three hundred
and twenty perches and wth a line drawne from
the end of the North East line North west into Norris
Creeke together withall and singuler the before
rights members and Appurtinances thereunto belonging
or in any wise Appertayning To have and To Hold
the said tract or percell of Land together with all
and singuler the before bargained premises unto him
the said Daniel Norriss his heirs and Assigns for ever
from all manner of persons whatsoever Laying any
Right title thereunto the rents and services due
to his Lordspp the Lord propryetary onely excepted
and foreprized in Testimony hereof wee have
here unto sett to our hands and fixt our seals the
day and year above written
