by a path side markt with Eight notches and Runing
West Two hundred perches thence North one hundred
perches and sixty perches then East Two Hundred perches
thence South to the first mentioned Oacke Contayning
Two Hundred Acres more or Less Together with all
singuler the rights and benefits thereunto belonging and
allsoe all deeds weighing Evidences or Manuscripts touth:
ing or in any wise appurtaining Concerning premises
or any part or percell of them to him the said Thomas
Lewis his heires Execu.trs Adm.trs for Ever and the
said Michael Miller doe for himselfe his heires and
Assigns the said Two hundred Acres of Land wth all
and Singular the before bargained premises unto him
the said Thomas Lewis against him the said Michael
Miller his heires or Assigns or from any other person
or persons whatsoever Claimeing by from under
him them or any of them shall and will for ever
hereafter Warrant and defend by these presents
the Rents and Services wch from time to time shall
grow due or become payable to the Cheife Lord
or Lords onely Executed and foreprized
