for himselfe his heires Executors Administrat.rs & Assignes Doth
hereby Covinant & grant To & w.th y.e s.d Richard Fetherston his
heires & Assignes that he y.e s.d John Meggison: his heirs Executors
Administrators y.e s.d parsell or tract of Land and all other the bargained
p.rmises: Unto him y.e s.d Richard Featherston his heirs & Assignes

from him them or any of them: shall & will for ever hereafter warran^t^
