Lucrecia Seward The Wife of Thomas Seward
afore menconed Came before his Lopps Justices att
the Abovesaid Court and acknowledged her Free
Consent being privately Examined To the Passing
away the afore menconed Tract of Land with the
appurtenances thereunto Belonging without
Compulsion threats Fare or menaceing of her said
Husband unto the aforemenconed Phillip Davis
according to the afore specified

the said Deed as aboves.d                        Com Kent


Know all men by these p.rsents That I Anthony
Workeman of Kent Island have acquitted & discharged
John Jones of the same Island from all debts dues
and demands from The begining of the World to this
p.rsent day only six shillings and sixpence In Mony
and six pound of soape In Wittness whereof I have
hereunto subscribed my name and sett my seale
