This Indenture made this first day of
March in the yeare of our Lord Christ One
Thousand six hundred Eighty six And in the
Twelfthe yeare of the Dominion of the Right
Hon.ble Charles Absolute Lord and Prop.ry of the
Provinces of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of
Baltemore &c Betweene William [illegible] of
