And in his place and steade doe putt
                   to bee his Lawfull attorny for him and
in his steand and name to enter into and upon
the said demised premisses or into & upon any
part or parcell thereof in the name of y.e whole for
him in his name to his use to take & keepe and
after such possession soe had and take full &
peaceable possession and seizin of the same p.rmisses
or any part or parcell thereof in the name of the
whole for him in his stead and name to give deliver
and surrender up unto the said

The same quiett and peaceable possession & seizin
to remaine to him and his heires and assignes for
ever according to the Tennor purport Effect and
true meaning of theise p.rsents And doth further
Impower his said Attorney for him and in his stead
and name to Appeare at Kent County Court and
there in Court sitting for him and in his steade and
name confess and acknowlege according to the
Law of this Province that the right title Intrest
of him the said Thomas      of in and to the
aforesaid Manno.r and p.rmisses is now the proper
right and title of the said Phillip Davis to the
use of him his heires & Assignes for Ever according
to the true intent and Meaneing hereof rattifieing
allowing and holding Firme all and whatsoever
his said Attorny shall doe or cause to bee done In or
about the p.rmisses By vertue of theise p.rsents In
Wittness whereof the parties first above named
have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands &
seales the day and yeare first above Written
