And the said Thomas Seward his heires Executo.rs
and Admstrs doth further Covenant for himselfe
and every of them by these p.rsent and with the
said Phillip Davis his heires and assignes that he

parcell thereof with their and every of their appear hear
To him the said Phillip Davis his heires and Assignes
to the use above menconed against him the said

Claiming or to claime every other right title or
