The before bargained premisses and of and in every
part and parcell thereof of a good sure Lawfull
absolute and indefeaseable Estate of Inheritance
in fee simple w.th out any Condicons limitacon use
or other thing to determine [illegible] y.e sume
And also that he the said Thomas Seward now
hath full power good right lawfull authorizacon
true title to grant a lien Bargaine sell [illegible]
the before bargained [illegible] and every part
parcell thereof unto the said Phillip Davis his
heirs and assignes In manner and form and [illegible]
and according to the true intent and meaning of
these [illegible] And the said Thomas Seward for
himselfe his heires Executo.rs & Administ.rs and for
every of them doth further Covenant promise
[illegible] and with the said Charles Davis his heires
Executo.rs and Assignes by these p.rsents that the said
Houses lands Tenements and P.rmisses with their

p.rsents mentioned to bee granted and sold and ant
