Running from the said Pickickory seaventy five
Pearches North and from y.e End of the said North line
by a line drawne East & by North Three hundred and
Twenty perches and from thence south seaventy five
pearches and there by An East & by South Course to the
first bounded Tree Containing and now Laid out for
one hundred & fifty acres w.ch s.d Land was Laid out by
W.m Coursey for the aforesaid John Parsons as more
att Large may apeare by Pattent for the said Land
To Have and to hold The said Land for Ever
together with all wayes Easem.ts Priviledges to the same
Land belonging or appertaineing together with all
Right & all deeds Charters Dividends touching or concerning
any part or parcell thereof To Have and
to hold the said parcell of Land according to the
bounds above mentioned Together w.th all Meadowes
feedings pastures Woods underwoods Watercourses
fishings fowlings ways proffitts Comodities comon of
pasture hereditaments whatsoever to the said Land y.e
said Land being Lately in y.e Tenecry
 or occupacon of y.e
s.d John Parsons & alsoe all the Estate Right & title
& Interest use or posesion Property Claime & demand w.tsoever
of him y.e said John Parsons of in & to y.e same
with all writings & all Deeds Evidences Charters Transcripts
fines Pattents Court Rolles scripts & muniments
whatsoever touching or concerning y.e Premises or
any Part or Parcell thereof To Have and To Hold
and shall & will for Evermor Warrant & defend by
these presents and the said John Parsons att y.e time
of the Ensealeing & delivery hereof of these presents
is and standeth is and untill a good part perfect &
absolute Estate of Inheritance of all & singular the
before granted Premisses and every part thereof shall
bee fully vested & setled & Executed in & upon the said
Richard Dawson & his heires & hee to pay the Rents &
services That shall hereafter become due In the Chiefe
Lord or Lords according to y.e True Intent & meaneing
of These presents shall remaine continue & use
seazed of an In the said and all & singular other the
Premises in and by these presents granted bargained sold
with all & Every rights enfeoffes & appertenances
