This Indenture made the 14.th of June in y.e
Eleaventh yeare of The Dominion of Charles Absolute
Lord & Prop.ry of The Provinces of Maryland and
Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a 1686

Beetween John Parsons & Damerus his Wife both
of the one party & Richard Dawson of the other party
all Three of the partys Inhabitants in Kent County
and In the aforesaid Province of Maryland Witnesseth
That John Parsons with the free Consent of his Wife
Damerus Parsons for and in Consideracon of Three
Thousand & six hundred pounds of Tobacco Is untill
In hand already before the sealing & delivery
hereof To the said Richard Dawson therewith
others of they Doe hereby acknowledge and for every
part thereof doth nearly & absolutely Exonerate
acquitt & discharge y.e said Richard Dawson his
heires Executo.rs Administrato.rs & Assignes and by
these p.rsents hath Given granted bargained alienated
sold Enfeofed and Confirmed him the said Richard
Dawson his heirs & assignes for Ever part of a
parcell of Land Called Charles his Lott lyeing & being in
Kent County on the North side of Chester River
Begining att a Marked Pickickory Tree standing
In [illegible] North Line itt being the Eastward
Bounds of the aforesaid
