Line drawn Northward three hundred & twenty pchs
and from the End of the North Line w.th a Line
drawn East twenty five perches untill it comes to the
first begining being Fifty acres of Land

whatsoever Royall Mines Excepted to the s.d parcell

Mason & Margrett Binham of or unto the same
premisses and Every part and parcell therof To have
and to hold the s.d plantacon and parcell

with the appurtenances unto the said Andrew Cornelison
his heires or assignes for Ever to the sole use
and behoofe of the s.d Andrew Cornelison his heires
& assignes for Ever more to be holden of the chief
Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the premisses by
the proportionable rents & Services therefore to grow
due and of right to be accustomed & payd and the
s.d Hugh Mason & Margrett Binham there heirs
the aforesd plantacon and all other the s.d premisses
with the appurtenances unto the s.d Andrew Cornelison
his heirs and assignes against him the s.d Hugh Mason
& Margrett Binham ther heirs & assignes afd all
other person & persons claiming or to claime by
