And alsoe all the Estate & Estates right title and
Interest possesion or Inheritance claymd or Demand
whatsoever of him the s.d John Jones of in and
to the aforementioned to be hereby granted w.ch his
and Every of there appurtenances or any part of
them Together w.th all Deeds & pattents whatsoever
touching or concerning the pmisses or any part or
parcell thereof To have & To hold the s.d Fifty
acres of Land with all the before menconed or
pmisses herby Intended to be given granted aliened
and sold unto the s.d Anthony Workman and his heires
& assignes for Ever And the s.d John Jones doth or
himself his heires Executors & Adminis.rs covenant
and prmise & grant to & with the s.d Anthony
Workman his heires & assignes by these presents y.t
the s.d John Jones & his heires and all & singuler
the before menconed Bargained pmisses and being
part & parcell therof unto the s.d Anthony Workman
his heires & assignes for Ever To and for his and
there owne proper use & behoof as aforesd from and
against him the s.d John Jones his heires and
assignes and Every other person & persons Lawfully
clayming and to clayme by from or under him
the s.d John Jones his act or Estate and will
warant & for Ever Defend by these psents and
alsoe the s.d John Jones his heires & Executors &
adminis.rs doth covenant promise & grant to and with
the s.d John Jones Anthony Workman his heires
and assignes by these presents that the s.d Anthony
Workman his heires & assignes at the Ensealing
hereof & Delivery of these psents standeth fully
clearly & absolutely seized of and in all & singuler
the before menconed to be hereby granted pmisses
of a good Lawfull & absolute & Indefeazable [illegible]
