Know all men by these presents That wee Hans
Hanson & William Harriss both of Kent county
for a valuable concideracon is thereunto moving
us hereafter & Expressed Have granted bargained
alienated sold & confirmed and doe by these presents
grant bargaine alienate & sell unto Richard Hambly
Millwright the one third part or parcell of a
water Mill standing on Langford Bay Branch
in the county afores.d together w.th the one third part
of the profitts thereunto belonging us after the one
third part of the stock of Hogs belonging unto the
s.d Mill from the twenty fifth Day of December
Last To have & To hold the s.d third parte of the
s.d Mill hogs & profitts thereunto belonging unto
the s.d Richard Hambly his heires Executors Adm.rs
or assignes for Ever The concideracon for the s.d
Mill (vizt) The s.d Richard Hambly doth obleidg
himself his heires Executors & Adminis.rs to
Build a Water Mill for the use & behofe of the
s.d Hans Hanson & William Harriss there heires
Executors or Adminis.rs to be built at such place
as is by them Now agreed upon, The s.d Mill to be
built & finished by the s.d Richd Hambly in Every
perticuler in what belongs to a Mill wright to
performe, And to begine to worke upon the s.d Mill
before the Last of September ^next^ following. And the
s.d Richard Doth oblieidge himself his heires
Executors & Administrat.rs to pay unto the s.d Hans Hanson
and William Harriss there heires Executors or
adminis.rs the Sume of Eight pound four shillings
Sterl to be payd in the s.d county at or before the
Eight day of Aprill Next next Enseuing the date
here of it being in further concideracon of the s.d
third parte of the s.d Mill & hogs &.a And it is farther
agreed between the s.d Hans Hanson William Harriss
and the s.d Richard Hambly that he the s.d Richard
is to allow & sattisfie the one third parte of the
wages to be payd to the Miller Now belonging
unto the s.d Mill And the s.d Hans Hanson
