Know all men by these presents y.t wee Ninion
Beale & John Chitham Executors of the Last
will & Testam.t of Peter Archer Late of Calvert
county decds have assigned ordained & made
and in our stead & place have put & constitute
our trusty & well beloved freind Michaell Miller
of Kent county our trusty & Lawfull Attorney
for us & in our names & to our use to ask for
Every person & persons whatsoever all & Every
such Debts as are due & oweing in Kent county
afores.d unto Peter Archer afores.d in his Late
time or unto us [illegible] as his Executors And his
deceased either by bill bond obligacon accompt
reckoning or other wise whatsoever by any maner
or waiy or meanes whatsoever Giveing and granting
unto our s.d atto.ry by the tenor of these presents
our full & whole power strength & authority in and
about the pmisses and upon the receite of any such
debts or sume, of mony or tobaccoe due as aforesaid
accquittances or other discharges for us & in our hands
to make seale & Delivery and all & Every other act or
acts thing or things device or devices in the Law whats.r
Need full & necessary to be done in and above the pmisses
for the recovery of any such debts or sumes of mony
or tobaccoe due or oweing as aforesd in the county
afores.d for us & in our Name to doe Execute & performe
as fully Largely or amply in Every respect to all intents
and purposes as wee our selves might or could doe it
wee weare psonally psent ratifying allowing & holding
firme & stable act & whatsoever our s.d attorny shall
Lawfully doe or cause to be done in or above the
Execucon of the Same by vertue of these psents
in Witness whereof wee have hereunto sett our
hands & Seales this twenty sixth day of February
