was sumoned to answer unto Michaell Miller in A plea of trespass open y.e
Case

And Whereupon y.e s.d Mich.ll Miller by John Woodward his Attorny Compl
that y.e s.d Thomas Norris was Indebted in his Life time at his Death and
him y.e s.d Mich.ll Miller in y.e sum of four hundred seventy four pounds
of tobacco in ballance of Accompts: as by y.e s.d Accomp.t in Courtt produce
Relation being thereunto had more fully may appeare which s.d sum of
four hundred seventy & four pounds of tobacco y.e s.d Thomas Norris
in his Life time: now y.e s.d Dan.ll Norris in his Capacity since his
Death unto y.e s.d Mich.ll Miller hath not payed although but y.e same
to Content & satisfie Doth refuse so that he sayeth his is Damnified
to y.e burden of nine hundred forty four pounds of tobacco & thereupon
he bringeth his suite
