that he render unto him the s.d sume of seven hundred fivety and nine
pounds of tobacco & Caske w.ch to him he oweth & Unjustly Detaineth

And Wherever y.e s.d Mich.ll Miller by John Woodward his Attorny
Complaineth that y.e s.d Robt Mackey y.e tenth Day of may one
thousand six hundred eighty four by his Certaine bill or writting
obligatory Under his hand & seale whose Date is y.e Day and yeare
Afores.d He bind himselfe his heirs Executor.s & Adm.rs to paid
or Cause to be payed unto y.e s.d Mich.ll Miller or to his Certaine
Attorny his Executors Adm.rs or Assignes y.e full ^&^ Just quantity of
seven hundred fifty & nine pounds of good sound Mercht.bl tobacco in Caske
Conveniant in y.e County Afores.d on or before y.e tenth Day of Octo.br next
