ports, Harbours, Creekes, and other places, for
difcharge and unlading of goods and merchan-
difes, out of Ships, Boates, and other veffells,
and lading them, and in fuch and fo many pla-
ces, and with fuch Rights, Iurifdictions, Liber-
ties and Priviledges unto the faid ports belong-
ing, as to him or them fhall feeme moft expe-
dient. And that all and fingular the Ships,
Boats, and other Veffells, which fhall come for
merchandize and trade unto the faid Province,
or out of the fame fhall depart; fhall be laden
and unladen only at fuch Ports as fhall be fo
erected and conftituted by the faid now Lord
Baltemore, his heires or affignes, any Vfe, Cu-
ftome or other thing, to the contrary notwith-
ftanding; faving alwayes unto Vs, Our heires
and Succeffors, and to all the Subjects (of Our
Kingdome of England and Ireland) of Vs, Our
Heires and Succeffors, free liberty of fifhing
for Sea-fifh, afwell in the Sea, Bayes, Inletts,
and navigable Rivers, as in the Harbours, Bayes
and Creekes of the Province aforefaid, and the
Priviledges of falting and drying their fifh on
the fhore of the faid Province, and for the fame
caufe, to cut and take underwood, or twiggs
there growing, and to build Cottages and
Shedds neceffary in this behalfe, as they here-
tofore have, or might reafonably have ufed;
