now Lord Baltemore, and his heires, the
Statute of fugitives, or any other whatfoever,
to the contrary of the premifes, in any wife not-
with ftanding.

   AND WEE will alfo, and of Our more
fpeciall grace, for Vs, Our Heires, and Succef-
fors, wee doe ftraightly enioyne, conftitute,
ordaine, and command, that the faid Province
fhall be of Our Allegiance, and that all and fin-
gular the Subjects, and Liege people of Vs,
Our Heires, and Succeffors, tranfported, or to
be tranfported into the faid Province , and the
children of them, and of fuch as fhall defcend
from them, to ere already borne, or hereaftcr to
be borne, bee, and fhall be Denizens, and Lie-
ges of Vs, Our Heires, and Succeffors, of Our
Kingdome of England, and Ireland, and be in
all things held, treated, reputed, and efteemed
as the liege faithfull people of Vs, Our Heires,
and Succeffors, borne within Our Kingdome
of England: and likewife any Lands, Tenements,
Revenues, Seruices, and other hereditaments
whatfoever, within Our Kingdome of England,
and other Our Dominions, may inherite, or o-
therwife purchafe, receive, take, have, hold, buy,
and poffeffe, and them may occupy, and enjoy,
give, fell, aliene, and bequeath, as likewife, all
Liberties, Franchifes, and Priviledges, of this
