ordered that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance be Discharged Bowles Green of Kent County planter at last Court as afd acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord proprietary of this province of Maryland in the Sume twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattels &c.a for y.e use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if he the same Bowles Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in y.e Town of Chester in the same County to answer to an Indictment found against him for felony and if that in the mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five the s.d Bowles appearing his Recognizance is Discharged Robert Green & Daniel Flinn both of Kent County planters at last Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of their Several Goods & Chattels &c.a for the use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if y.e afd Bowles Green Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County to Answer to an Indictment found against him for felony and if that in y.e mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the |
