88                                    June Court 1725

the fifteenth Day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five
the s.d Bowles appearing their Recognizances and Either of them are Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Bowles Green Enter into Recog.c
with good Security for his appearance at next Court to Answer unto an
Indictment found against him ^for felony^ and Good Behaviour

    Thereupon Bowles Green of Kent County planter present here in Court
in his proper person Doth acknowledge Himself Indebted unto the Right
Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty
pounds Sterling money of great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his
goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he the same Bowles
Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the
next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of August next Ensueing
to Answer unto an Indictment found against him for felony and if that
in the mean time he Shall not be of good Behaviour wherewith the s.d
Bowles Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content                also

    Robert Green & Daniel Flinn both of Kent County afd planters
present here in Court in their proper persons Do Acknowledge themselves
Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Mary.ld
&c.a in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be
made & Leveyed of their Several Goods and Chattels Lands & Tenements
for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if
the afd Bowles Green Shall not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday
of August next ^Ensueing^  to Answer unto an Indictm.t found against him forfold
and that if that in the mean time he the same Bowles shall not be of Good
Behaviour wherewith the same Robert Green & Daniel Flinn are
