his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizances be Discharged Isaac Ashley of Kent County planter at last Court as afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of forty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of his Goods &c.a for the use of of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if He the same Isaac Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same Coty to Answer to an Indictment found against him for felony and if that in the mean he Should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five y.e s.d Isaac appearing his Recognizance is Discharged John Ashley & William Ashley both of Kent County planters at last Court as afd Acknowledged themselves indebted unto the Right Hon.ble y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of their Several Goods and Chattels &c.a for y.e use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if the same Isaac Ashley Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same Coty to answer to an Indictment found against him for felony and if that in the mean time he y.e s.d Isaac Should not be of Good behaviour And now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of June Anno Domini Seventeen hundred & twenty five y.e s.d Isaac appearing their Recognizances & Either of them is Discharged Ordered |
