two hundred and fifty five ^seven^ pounds of Tobacco Costs Accrueing on the premisses
afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered that the afd Margaret Serve M.r Edward Worrell four
Months after the Expiration of her Service for trouble and Charges in bringing
her to bed of the afd Mollato Bastard and Disgrace of his house &c.a

    Ordered that the afd Edward  Worrell be allowed two hundred and fifty
pounds of Tobacco ^in next Levey^ for Maintaining the Child if it lives to the Expiration
of four Months and if not to be Allow'd Accordingly

    Ordered that the s.d Child be Disposed of to any person that will buy the
same till it arrives at y.e age of thirty one years

    Whereas the s.d Margaret English haveing had a Molato Child for w.ch
She Confest Judgment in March Court Seventeen hundred and twenty
one as may appear &c.a and thereby was obliged to Serve the Coty Seven
years for which time She is Disposed off to a Certain Jervis Spencer at y.e
Expiration of the Same the s.d Jervis to Deliver her to M.r Edward Worrell
the Master where She was Delivered of the Child in the above Judgment
to Serve him or his assignes the Space of four Months as therein Exprest
&c.a and at the Expiration thereof to Deliver her up to the Court to be
Disposed of for the Countys use againe for the Space of the Seven years
& the Costs in the Same Judgment above mentioned &c.a

    Margaret English afd is Sold to Jervis Spencer for the Space of Seven
years which being for a Mollato Child She was Delivered of and Indictment and
Judgment against her in March Court Seventeen hundred and twenty one
as by the same Record may appear and the Child mentioned in the above Judgm.t
of this Courts proceeding is likewise Disposed of to the s.d Jervis untill it Shall
arrive at the age of thirty one years for the Consideration whereof the said
Jervis is by himself or Some other person ^is^ to pay the County so that it may
be Discounted out of the next Levey y.e Sume of two thousand pounds of Tob.o
