that his & his Suretys Recognizance be Discharged

    Maurice Carty of Kent County Innholder at this Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money to be Leveyed &c.a
^for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors^ Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance
before the Justices of this Court at any time Dureing the Same were
Sitting to Answer unto what Should be objected against against him
on Suspicion of Braking the Sabbath Day and if that in y.e mean
time he Should not be of good Behaviour and the s.d Maurice haveing
appeared According to his Recognizance as afd the same is Discharged

    James Smith planter & John Wilson Innholder both of Kent County
Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto y.e Right Hon.ble Lord prop.ry of this
province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money to be Leveyed
of their Several goods & Chattels &c.a for y.e use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his
heirs & Successors Conditionally that if the s.d Maurice Carty Should not
make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Court at any time
Dureing the Same now Sitting to Answer unto what Should be objected
against him on Suspicion of Breaking the Sabbath Day and if that in
y.e mean time he y.e s.d Maurice Should not be of good behaviour And y.e s.d
Maurice haveing appeared According to their Recognizance as afd the
same is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that y.e afd Maurice Carty Enter into Recogniz.c
for his appearance at next Court to Answer unto a Presentment found against
him by the Grand Jury for Breakeing y.e Sabbath Day and Good Behaviour

    Thereupon Maurice Carty of Kent County Innholder psent here in Court
in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto y.e Right
Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume
of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of
his goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of s.d Lord
prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the same Maurice
Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next
