67 for the use of s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Court at any time Dureing the same now Sitting to Answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he y.e s.d George Should not be of good behaviour and y.e s.d George haveing appeared according to his Recogniz.c as afd y.e same is Discharged Robert Dunn jun.r & John Ashley both of Kent County planters at this Court afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money ^Each^ to be Leveyed &c.a for y.e use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if y.e s.d George Griffith Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Court at any time Dureing the same now Sitting to Answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in y.e mean time he y.e s.d George Should not be of good behaviour and y.e s.d George haveing appeared According to their Recognizance as afd the same is Discharged The Grand Jury Returns the following Presentments viz.t against Jane Curry for fornication against Ann Spray for fornication against Margarett England for fornication also against Isaack Ashley for felony Alexander Mecay Ann Connor Margarett Arinoe Samuel Thomas & Uxor and Katherin Hopkins Sworn & Sent to y.e Grand Jury also Laughlin Flinn John Griffith Daniel Flinn Robert Green Peter Green jun.r and Robert Ivey Sworn & Sent to y.e Grand Jury Bowles Green Sworn & Sent to y.e Grand Jury |
