Lordships behalf Thereupon George Griffith of Kent County planter psent herein Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of his Goods & Chattels &c.a for the use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the same George Shall not be objected against him on his Lordships behalf & if that in the mean time he Shall not be of good behaviour where with y.e s.d George Doth acknowledge him Self to be Content also Robert Dunn jun.r & John Ashley both of Kent County planters psent herein Court in their proper persons Do acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain Each to be made & Leveyed of their Goods & Chattels &c.a for the use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the same Geo. Griffith Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Court at any time Dureing the same now Sitting to Answer unto what Shall be objected ag.st him on his Lordships behalf and if that in y.e mean time he y.e s.d George Shall not be of Good behaviour wherewith y.e s.d Robert Dunn jun.r & John Ashley are Content Ordered by the Court here that y.e afd George Griffith he haveing appeared his Recognizance & his Suretys Recognizance be Discharged George Griffith of Kent County planter at this Court as afd acknowledge himself Indebted unto y.e Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money to be Leveyed & |
