Successors Conditionally that if y.e afd Daniel Perkins Shall not make his
personal appearance before the Justices of this Court to be held for the Coty
afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County at any
time Dureing the Same now Sitting to Answer unto what Shall be
objected against him y.e same Daniel on his Lordships behalf and if
that in the mean time he Shall not be of good behaviour where with
y.e s.d Philip Brook & George Gleaves are Content

    Ordered by the Court here that y.e afd Daniel Pearkins he haveing app.rd
that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance be Discharged

    Daniel Pearkins of Kent County planter at this Court as afd Did
acknowledge himself Indebted unto y.e Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this
province of Maryland in the Sume of forty pounds Sterl money of
Great Brittain to be Leveyed &c.a for y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a

    Conditionally that if he Should not Make his personal appearance before
the Justices of this Court to be held for the County afd at any time Dureing
the Same now Sitting to Answer unto what Should be objected against
him on his Lordships behalf and if that in y.e mean time he Should
not be of good behaviour and the s.d Daniel haveing appeared according
in his Recognizance as afd it is Discharged                            also

    Philip Brooks & George Gleaves both of Kent County planters at this
Court as afd Did Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto y.e Right Hon.ble
the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty
pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of their Several
Goods & Chattels Lands &c.a for the use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a
Conditionally that if he y.e afd Daniel Should not make his personal
appearance before the Justices of this Court to be held for the County afd
at any time Dureing the same now Sitting to Answer unto what Should
be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the
mean time he y.e s.d Daniel Should not be of Good Behaviour And
the s.d Daniel haveing appeared according to their Recognizance as
afd the said Philip Brooks & George Gleaves their Recognizances
are Discharged
