Lordships behalf and in the mean time to be of good Behaviour Thereupon Daniel Pearkins of Kent County planter present herein Court in his proper person Doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this Province of Maryland in the Sume of forty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed &c.a for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if y.e same Daniel Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Court to be held for y.e County afd at y.e Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County at any time ^Dureing^ y.e Same now Sitting to Answer unto what Shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the meantime he Shall not be of good behaviour wherewith y.e s.d Daniel Doth acknowledge himself to be Content also Philip Brooks and George Gleaves both of Kent County planters psent herein Court n their proper persons Do Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of their Several Goods & Chattels &c.a for y.e use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors |
