feloniously Stealing away Some firewood from Jn.o Wilson And now here
at this Court the s.d Rice haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged

    Henry Cully & George Hanson at the same Day & year afd acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto his Lordship his heirs &c.a in the Sume of five
pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if y.e afd Rice
Jones Should not make his personal appearance at our then next Court
to be held for s.d County then and there to answer unto what Should be
objected against him y.e same Rice on Suspicion of feloniously Stealing
away Some firewood from Jn.o Wilson And now here at this Court y.e s.d
Rice haveing appeared their Recognizances & Either of them is Discharged

against the s.d Isaack Ashley to which y.e s.d Isaack

Suretys Recognizance be Discharged

    Isaack Ashley at the same Day and year afd Acknowledged himself
Indebted unto his Lordship his heirs &c.a In the Sume of twenty pounds
Sterl to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his
personal appearance at our then next Court to be held for s.d County then
and there to Answer unto what Should be objected against him the same
Isaack on Suspicion of felony And now here at this Court y.e s.d Isaack
haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged                            also

    Mathew Beck at y.e same Day & year afd Acknowledged himself Indebted
unto his Lordship his heirs &c.a In the sume of twenty pounds Sterl
to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he y.e s.d Isaack Ashley should
not make his personal appearance at our then next Court to be held for s.d
County then and there to Answer unto what Should be objected Against
him the same Isaack on Suspicion of felony and now here at this
