and y.e s.d W.m having app.rd  is Disch.d from s.d Comittment

    It is ordered that the Sherr of Kent County keep him the s.d Will.m Neavill in
Safe Custody untill he Shall give Security for the fourfould amounting
to Eight Shill.s Current money and the Sume of Seaven hundred Seventy
four pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing on y.e Indictment afd

    Ordered that what Summonss Michael Howard ^Esq.r^ Clerk of y.e Indictm.t
shall ord.r for Evidences on his Lordships behalf that y.e Sume be Issued
