59 Alexander Mecay of Kent County planter at y.e same Day & Year afd before the afd Lambert Wilmer Acknowledged himself to Stand Justly Indebted to his Lordship his heirs and Successors in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money to be Leved &c.a Conditionally that if Ann Connor did not make her personal appearance at our then next Court to be held for s.d Coty as an Evidence against the afd W.m Neavill & on his s.d Lordships behalf And now here at this Court y.e s.d Ann Connor haveing appeared the s.d Alex.r his Recognizance is Discharged Ordered by the Court here that M.r Fred.k Hanson the afd Will.m Neavill in Safe Custody so that he appear at any time this Court to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on Suspicion of felony
twenty four with force and arms at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court a Linnen Shirt of y.e value of two Shill Curr.t money of Maryland of the Goods and Chattels of a Certain Alexander Mackey then and there being found then and there feloniously Did Steal take and bear away Contrary To the peace of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry that now is his good Rule and Government M Howard Cler. pac. on y.e Back of y.e preceeding Indictm.t was Endorst as foll.s viz.t A True bill by Thomas Piner foreman And the afd W.m in his proper person Cometh & Saith that he is in no Sort guilty of the felony within mentioned upon him Imposed as by Indictment is Supposed and of this he Doth put himself upon y.e Country And Michael Howard who followeth for the Lord prop.ry likewise M Howard Thereupon |
