58                                March Court 1724

    William Neavill of Kent County planter at y.e Day & Year afd before
the afd Lambert Wilmer Acknowledged himself to Stand Justly Indebted
to his Lordship his heirs & Successors in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl
money to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he did not make his
personal appearance at our then next Court to hold for s.d County then &
there to Answer unto what Should be objected against him on Suspicion of
felony and now here at this Court the s.d Will.m haveing appeared his
Recognizance is Discharged

    John Linkhorn of K.t Coty planter at y.e Same Day & Year afd before
the afd Lambert Wilmer Acknowledged himself to Stand Justly Indebted
to his Lordship his heirs & Successors in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money
to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if ^y.e afd.^ William Neavill did not make
his personal appearance at our then next Court to be held for s.d County then &
there to answer unto what Should be objected against him on Suspicion of
felony and now here at this Court the s.d W.m haveing appeared the s.d John
his Recognizance is Discharged                                also   

    Alexander Mecay of K.t Coty planter at the same Day & Year afd before
the afd Lambert Wilmer Acknowledged himself to Stand Justly Indebted
to his Lordship his heirs & Successors in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money
to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he y.e same Alexander did not
make his personal appearance at our then next Court to be held for s.d County
To prosecute on his s.d Lordships behalf y.e afd W.m Neavill for
feloniously Stealing a Shirt from him y.e s.d Alex.r And now here at this
Court the s.d Alexander haveing appeared the s.d Alex.r his Recognizace
is Discharged                                               also
