Maurice Carty
The s.d Maurice his Recognizance taken last Court for his
appearance at this Court and Good behaviour and now
at this Court the s.d Maurice haveing appeared ordered
that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance be Discharged

    Maurice Carty of Kent County Innholder at last Court Did acknowledge
himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry as
of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money
of great Brittain to be made & Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he
y.e Same Maurice Should not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of our then Court to Answer unto what Should be objected
against him on Suspicion of keeping a Disorderly publick house &
if that in the mean Time he Should not be of good behaviour and
now at this Court the s.d Maurice haveing appeared & no Cause being
Shewn to y.e Contrary his Recognizance is Discharged

    John Wilson & James Watson both of Kent County planters at
last Court Did Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble
the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five
pounds Sterl money of great Brittain Each to be made & Leveyed &c.a
Conditionally that if the afd Maurice Carty Should not make his personal
appearance before the Justices of our then next Court to Answer unto
what Should be objected against y.e same Maurice on Suspicion of
keeping a Disorderly publick House & if that in y.e mean time he Should
not be of good behaviour and now at this Court the s.d Maurice haveing
appeared & no Cause being Shewn to the Contrary their Recognizances &
Either of them is Discharged
