55 money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of their Several Goods & Chattels &c.a Conditionally that if the afd John Devnish Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of our ^then^ next County Court to be held for the County afd to Answer unto what Should be objected against him on Suspicion of felony and if that in y.e mean time he Should not be of Good behaviour And now at this Court the s.d John haveing appeared and no Cause being Shewn to the Contrary the s.d Suretys Recognizances and Either of them is Discharged
Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels &c.a Conditionally that if his wife Ann Mackneal Should not make her personal appearance before the Justices of our then next Court to be held for the County afd then and there to Stand and abide the Determination of y.e Same Court & if that in the Mean time She the same Ann Should not be of good behaviour wherewith the afd Patrick Did Acknowledge himself Content And now to wit at this Court being the Sixteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty four the afd Ann Mackneal not haveing appeared to y.e Recognizance as afd Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Courthouse in y.e Town of Chester this Sixteenth Day of March Anno Dom Seventeen hundred & twenty four that if afd |
