43 what Shall be Objected ag.st him on Suspicion of Hog Stealing and in y.e mean time to be of Good behaviour also that the Sherf of Kent County keep him the s.d Solomon in Safe Custody untill he shall Enter afd Thereupon Solomon Breward of Kent County planter psent here in Court in his proper person Doth acknowledge himselfe Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his Goods & Chattels Lands & Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if the same Solomon Shall not make his personal appearance before our s.d Justices at any time Dureing Court Sitting to answer unto what Shall be objected against him on Suspicion of Hog Stealing & if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good behaviour wherewith the s.d Solomon doth acknowledge himselfe Content also James Beward and George Gleaves both of Kent County afd planters present herein Court in their proper persons Do acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Mary.ld &c.a in the Sume of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of their Severall Goods and Chattels Lands & Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Solomon Breward Shall not make his personal appearance before our s.d Justices at any time Dureing Court Sitting Answer unto what Shall be objected against him y.e mean time he y.e same Solomon Shall not be of good behaviour where with the same James Beward & Geo. Gleaves are Content Ordered by the Court here the afd Solomon Beward haveing appeared that his Recognizance & his Suretys Recognizances be Discharged Solomon Breward of Kent County planter at this Co.rt as afd did acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of his Goods & Chattels Lands & Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before our s.d Justices at any time Dureing this Court Sitting to answer unto what Should be objected ag.st him on Suspicion of Hogg Stealing and if that in y.e mean time he Should not be of Good behav.r and y.e s.d Sollomon haveing appeared According to his Recognizance as afd it is Discharged also James |
