November Court 1724 October 6.th 1727 Michael Byrne Ringgold Entered into Recognizance in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl for his app.rd to this Court as a prosecutor against Ann Mackneal on his Lordships behalfe and now at this Court the s.d Mich.l haveing appeared ordered that his Recognizance be Discharged Michael Byrne at the Same Day and Year afd before y.e afd Tho.s Ringgold acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lordship the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling to be leveyed on his Goods or Chattels Lands or Tenements Condtitionally that if he y.e s.d Mich.l Should not appear at this Court as prosecutor against Ann Macneal on his Lordships behalf And no at this Court y.e s.d Mich.l haveing appeared in Recognizance is Discharged The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning at Eight of the Clock Again Meet
