November Court 1724 James Breward & Geo. Gleaves both of Kent County planters at this Court afd Did acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the Sume of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made & leveyed of their Several goods & Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if the afd Solomon Breward Should not make his personal app.r before our s.d Justices at any time Dureing this Court Sitting to answer unto what Should be objected against him on Suspicion of hogg Stealing and if that in the mean time he y.e same Solomon Should not be of Good behav.r And now here y.e afd Solomon haveing appeared to his Recog.c as afd the s.d Ja.s Breward & Geo. Gleaves their Recognizances are Discharged William Usherwood Sworn & Sent as an Evidence to the Grand Jury also M.r W.m Frisby Sworn & Sent as an Evidence to y.e Grand Jury And also Robert Hurd and John Gilbert Sworn and Sent as Evid.ces to y.e Grand Jury Ordered by the Court here that Sumons Issue for Eiz.a Murren Evidence for his Lordship against Solomon Breward to appear here to Morrow The Court adjorns till to Morow Morning at Eight of the Clock Again Meet
